Hi again, I am Zahir.

I'm a community manager living in Paris. I'm all about diving into the world of online communities. I recently worked at Powder, where I built and managed online communities for product development.

I started on the marketing side, honing my skills in content creation and event management. Learning the ins and outs of product development and how feedback plays an important role.

I previously worked as a marketing consultant at Monoprix, where I developed an omnichannel strategy which was to make offline customer journey similar to online. I deep dived into market research and used trolleyology (not the traditional philosophical meaning) to build the strategy. Want to learn about trolleyology?

I find joy in fostering connections, facilitating discussions, and creating an adaptable environment where everyone feels heard. I envision a thriving digital community as a dynamic entity that grows and flourishes. My commitment extends beyond community management, I advocate for the impact of intelligent community systems.

Outside of work, as a former Karate and Muay Thai professional, I love staying fit. I explore a lot of video games, anime and hip-hop music. I watch football games to the point where I can coach Paris Saint Germain and get them a Champions League (kidding) and I love my dog Pluto as he's out of this world and solar system.
